- Please note: The Rooftop Pool is accessible if weather permits for the comfort and safety of guests and staff. We reserve the right to close the Rooftop at any time due to inclement weather.

° What are the hours of operation for the Rooftop Pool?
Weather-permitting, the Rooftop Pool at Bathhouse Williamsburg will be open seven days a week with hours of operation from 9am - 10pm.
° What is the cancellation policy for the Rooftop Pool?
We have the same weather information as everyone else. Please keep an eye on the weather and feel free to take advantage of our 24 hour cancellation policy if you wish to cancel your Rooftop Daybed or Lounge Chair reservation or your Day Pass to receive a full refund. However, if rain or other severe weather is present we reserve the right to close the Rooftop at any time. Click here to read our detailed weather & cancellation policy.
° Are there lockers to store my belongings?
Yes! Rooftop guests are welcome to use the indoor locker rooms on the ground floor to securely store belongings for the day.
° Can I bring a packed lunch or order delivery to the Rooftop?
No outside food/beverage may be brought into Bathhouse at any time – but feel free to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Water bottles may not be made of glass as glass is a safety hazard. We have several complimentary water refill stations indoors and on the Rooftop.
° Can I use a speaker at the Rooftop Pool?
Please use headphones to listen to music or your favorite podcast. No portable speakers, music players, or phones can be used to play music. Phone calls are okay if kept to a reasonable volume – no speakerphone, please.
° What is the Indoor vs Rooftop Phone Policy?
Indoor: Phone use is strictly prohibited in any Bathhouse indoor amenities. This includes walking between the locker rooms and elevator. Please respect the privacy of guests using indoor saunas and pools. Rooftop: Phone use is permitted only on the Rooftop. Once on the Rooftop it’s fine to take photos/videos of guests from your party but absolutely no photos/videos of other guests. Professional photography is not permitted.
